    3.)A couple ways to prevent to Identity theft is to shred papers with your personal information on them, never give away your personal information unless you know the company can be trusted, and check your credit report with all 3 major credit bureaus atleast once a year.

Also NEVER give any of your peronal information out such as your social security or credit card number.
